The Penn Pavilion is located is located directly across the street from Madison Square Garden and is easily accessible by taking the 1,2,3, A, C, E trains to 34th Street/Penn Station. You may also take the B, D, F, V, N, R, Q, W trains to the 34th Street/Herald Square stop and walk one block west towards The Garden. PATH trains from New Jersey also stop at 33rd Street/Avenue of the Americas. If you are arriving via Metro-North, you may take the Shuttle from Grand Central to Times Square and transfer to the downtown 1,2,3 trains to 34th Street/Penn Station.

hours at 212-736-5000, ext. 8790 or toll free at l-800-223-8585 to reserve their room before the
cut-off date of March 9, 2012 and mention the New York Comic Book Marketplace. On the
cut-off date, any rooms not reserved will be released back into hotel inventory for resale.
Any reservations requested after the date will be subject to availability at the prevailing
rack rates.
All reservations/rooming lists are due by March 9, 2012. After this cut-off date, the hotel may
release any unclaimed portion of your room block for other guests. New Y0rk’s Hotel
Pennsylvania cannot guarantee room availability or your contracted rates after your cut-off date.
You will be contacted prior to any reduction or increase in the room block.
It is the policy of New York’s Hotel Pennsylvania to provide one (l) complimentary guestroom
per 50 daily revenue-producing rooms by your attendees, These rooms may be used individually
or combined to form suites, some of which are counted as more than two (2) units. This does not
apply to executive suites.
Complimentary accommodations will only be extended during the dates of your meetings and
may not be used as a credit to your master account since they have no monetary value except in
guestroom form, and in conjunction with this specific event during the dates outlined in this
agreement.
Cancellations occurring after 3pm one day prior to arrival are subject to a penalty charge of one
night’s room and tax, per canceled room. All cancellation penalty charges will be strictly adhered
to and any deposits will be non-refundable if rooms are canceled after this date. Please note that
all cancellations must be submitted in writing.
